Product Description

Polyester film/polyester nonwoven flexible laminate (Class F DMD) is a three-layer flexible
laminate made of high melting-point polyester film and excellent hot-rolling polyester non-woven fabric.
Each side of the polyester film (M) is bounded by one layer of polyester nonwoven fabric (D) with Class F adhesive. It has excellent thermal resistance, electrical, mechanical and impregnated properties. It is suitable for slot insulation, interphase insulation and liner insulation in Class F electric motors. This product has obtained UL and SGS certificate. It passed the thermal ageing routine test fulfilled by Quality Supervision and Testing Center of China machinery industry for Electromechanical Materials. The temperature index is recognized as class F (155ºC) by Shanghai Electrical Equipment Testing Institute.
1 Technical requirements
1.1 Appearance requirement should accord with stipulations of Part I: Definition & General  Requirement, Electrical Insulating Flexible Laminates, GB/T 5591.1-2002 (MOD with IEC60626-1: 1995).
1.2 Dimension:
Nominal width:1000 mm.
Nominal weight: 50+/-5kg /Roll.
The splices shall not be more than 3 in a roll.
1.3 Performance requirements: The standard values for 6641 are shown in Table 1 and relevant typical values shown in
Table 2.
2 Test method
As per the stipulations in Part II: Test Method, Electrical Insulating Flexible Laminates, GB/T 5591.2-2002
(MOD with IEC60626-2: 1995).
Testing for thermal resistance shall be as per the relative stipulations in JB3730-1999.
3 Packing, transportation and Storage
3.1 6641 is supplied in rolls, sheet or tape and packed in cartons or/and pallets
3.2 6641 should be stored in clean & dry warehouse with temperature below 40ºC. Keep away from fire, heat and direct
sunshine.
3.3 The other requirements shall accord with the stipulations in Part I: Definition & General Requirement , Electrical
Insulating Flexible Laminates, GB/T 5591.1-2002 (MOD with IEC60626-1: 1995).
4 Application & Remarks
6641 F-DMD has such advantages: lower price, excellent flexibility, high mechanical & electrical properties,
convenient application. It has also good compatibility with many kinds of impregnating varnish, especially with 1040,
D026 impregnating varnish produced by Dongfang.

Character and Applications				This products is made of 0.05mm nonwoven, it has good stiffness, excellent electrical insulation properties, thermal resistance, mechanical strength and impregnated properties.This product has obtained UL(UL No.:E32456) certificate and passed the quality test fulfilled by Electric Material Quality Supervision and Testing Center of China machinery industry and SGS test, according with the RoHS requirement. It is used for slot insulation, liner insulation and interturn insulation in electric motors and electric appliances.
Application & Remarks				When slit and use, edge's crack, surface's scratch, oil stain and dust contamination shall be avoided.
