Note: our 2G/GSM GPS tracker watch are ok with 3G SIM card ,just check with phone operator ,the 3G SIM card is compatible with 2G GSM network is fine. Because even 2G is quit from market, but the 3G network still use the 2G base station, so the voice +data feature still valid as is.
Note: Our server for oversea market is Amazon cloud server, it's powerful, we are ok to creat the sub-account ID and password to manage all your device in our server platform, you can change the password after you login the web-link. Also our server platform and phone app Setracker or Setracker 2 ( for Andriod and IOS) are free of charge all the time.
If you have your own server platform and your own APP,we are OK to offer the server protocol for your configuration with your own server and your own APP software.

For our existing mold items, normally we don't have strict MOQ, samples or trial order is available.
Our sample lead time 2-3days, our production lead time is 10-15days, which also based on the order quantity.

Yes, we do provide OEM & ODM service.
*What's the payment terms you accept?
Our payment term: T/T(30% down payment, 70% balance before shipment),
for small batch orders, normally we accept Paypal payment, for bulk order we have HK HSBC account or Western Union account.
*How long do you offer for your product warranty?
Our product warranty is 12 months, except artificially damaged or improper operation;
*How can I get a sample to check quality?
