Precision Glass Micro Bore Tubing
Glass Micro Bore Tubing provides precise and constant flow rate delivery, which make ideal flow restrictors. Custom Micro Bore glass tubing flow restrictors are made to your exacting size, inside diameter (ID) or outside diameter (OD) tolerance, concentricity or roundness specifications. Precision multi-hole or multi-bore capillaries, specialty shapes, or added colors are available.
After cutting, the glass flow restrictors can be tumbled with ceramic media to remove the sharp edges. This is preferred when the Micro Bore glass flow restrictor is inserted into a plastic housing as a sharp glass edge can skive the plastic. Accu-Glass can also 100% flow test the restrictors in automatic test equipment.
Finally, the parts are thoroughly cleaned and dried. They can be packaged in bulk with plastic-lined shippers or shrink packaged to prevent the part from movement during shipment.
Using Accu-Glass' automated processing, the finished product can be 100% flow-checked and sorted to ensure compliance with your specifications.

We started to manufacture borosilicate 3.3 colored and clear glass tubing, rod (Vello & Danner) and its related glassblowing articles since 1994 through importing Japanese NEG's and Germany equipment & technology. Now we have annual capability to draw glass tube over 150, 000 metric tons, which makes us the leading Chinese manufacture in this field. Thanks to our continous process improvements, we have been drawing glass tube with highly precise dimensions in China.
We also redraw (secondary processing on tubing) high precision bore glass & quartz tube for optoelectronic, fibre optics telecommunication, medical and other special applications.
Besides, we make scientific laboratory glassware, heat resistant glass tea & coffee sets, glass bong water pipes, glass baby feeding bottles, lamp glass shell and others glassblowing products.
Ø Division for borosilicate moulded glassware
Due to our expertise in electrically melted glass furnaces control technology, we set up a new factory in the year 2001 to make heat resistant baking dishes, Casseroles, food storage glass jars and others that are oven, microwave, freezer (refrigerator), dishwasher free.
Now we have annual capability around 5, 000 metric tons.
Ø Division for pharmaceutical glass packaging
From the year 1996 we enter into pharmaceutical glass packaging industry, produce neutral borosilicate pharmaceutical glass tube USP TYPE I, tubular glass vial & ampoule, glass cartridge, glass prefillable syringes.
Now we have annual turnover around US dollar thirty million.

In the year 1999 we set up factory for making lamp lighting glass including soda lime glass tube, lead glass tube, lead free glass tube, lamp & lantern glass cover/shade/shell/globe/chimney

In the year 2005 we expanded our production to make glass cosmetic containers, glass kitchenware and Tableware.
