Product Application

The transformer temperature controller (hereinafter referred to as temperature controller) is mainly composed of elastic elements, capillary tubes, temperature packs and micro switches. When the temperature is heated, the volume increment of package thermal medium temperature thermal expansion generated by the transfer to the elastic element through the capillary, the elastic element produces a displacement, the displacement amplification mechanism by indicating the measured temperature and drive the micro switch, thereby controlling the cooling system in and out. BWY (WTYK) -802A, 803A temperature controller using composite sensor technology, the instrument temperature package to drive the elastic component at the same time, can simultaneously output Pt100 platinum resistance signal, this signal can be transmitted to the control room for hundreds of meters away, synchronous display and control transformer through XMT digital temperature controller. The Pt100 platinum resistance signal can also be converted into a DC standard signal (0~5v, 1~5V or 4~20mA) connected with the computer through digital display instrument.
