FAQ Q1. Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are an industrial and trading company, and we specialized in manufacturing power inverter, solar charge controller(PWM/MPPT), portable generator and DC power supply.
Q2. Can I have a sample order for power inverter?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q3. What is the payment term?
A. For sample order, 100% payment before shipment.
For bulk order, T/T 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment or against copy of B/L.
Q4. What is the delivery time?
A. For sample order, within 3-5 days after receiving payment.
For bulk order, usually in 15 days after receiving payment.
Q5. What is Pure Sine Wave Inverter?
A. Pure Sine Wave inverters produce AC power that is similar to power from Public state grid system. Pure sine wave power operates even the most sensitive and sophisticated electronics.
Q6. How to choose the inverter power?
A. If you want to run multiple appliances/tools at the same time then to select an inverter that will supply enough power for them simply add up the Watt`s for all the items you may want to run. Once you have the total wattage, we suggest you add 30% to 50% to the total Watt`s, and you have your minimum inverter power requirement.
Q7. What will your company do for the warranty?
A. All the goods are 100% quality testing before shipping. We will offer 24 months warranty. During the warranty period, if goods have any quality problem, we will send parts for your repair and replace. If goods are damaged by personal, we are not responsible.
