Overview
Model of SD-ZW9100 series intelligent temperature humidity controller is a special controller designed for specially process auto-control temperature & humidity. It process real-time collection and auto control for temperature humidity data by adopting high performance micro-processor AVR. The humidity sensor is humicap imported from France HUMIREL. It is with the features of high precision & long-life etc. The temperature sensor is high accuracy digital sensor produced by MACIM company. This controller has advantages of high precision ,long-life,easy to install etc.This controller displayed by 2 rows LED digital display.

1. The range of Temperature measure: -20 ~ 99.9°C, measure temperature precision: ±0.5°C,temperature resolution:0.1ºC
2. Measure range of Humidity: 10 ~ 99%RH, measure humidity precision: ±5%RH, humidity resolution: 1% RH

6 Sensor: digital temperature humidity sensor Operating Principle of Temperature and Humidity Control
(take heating and humidifying for example)
1) Condition of Starting Heating:measured temperature less than setted lower limits value
2)Condition of Stopping Heating:measured temperature more than setted upper limits value
When measured temperature less than setted lower limits value(for example:23.6ºC),the heating will output 220V voltage.The heater begin to operate,and the heat indicate light.When temperature up to setted value(for example 25.8ºC),heating output will stop.By this operate,the controller will control temperature in the setted value.
3) Condition of Starting Humidifying:measured humidity less than setted lower limits value
4) Condition of Stopping Humidifying:measured humidity more than setted upper limits value
When measured humidity less than setted lower limits value(for example:70%),the humidifying will output 220V voltage.The humidifier begin to operate,and the humidifying indicate light.When humidity up to setted value(for example 85%),humidifying output will stop.By this operate,the controller will control humidity in the setted value.
[Note] When the controller in automatic control state, humidity or temperature will reach a critical control point.Then they controller may jitter.So we added on / off delay function for the controller.This mean that when the temperature or humidity control reached setted value,it will not immediately start heating or Humidifying.It will delay and wait for the collected data stabilizing, then taking on / off command.This will reduce the frequently action,get a long-life.

Wiring Diagram
Please wiring according to following wiring.Sensor signal wire adopt 4-core cable.The length can not more than 10meters.If the field interference is prevalent, use 4-core shielded cable, and single-point ground.
In order to ensure controller's safe and reliable operation , it is recommended to control total power of heater and humidifier in 2000W. If the total power more than 2000W, please add 220V AC contactor.
