SC9/10 Series Dry-type Distribution Transformer

According to the market demand for low-loss energy-saving 10KV three-phase Resin Dry-Type Transformer, our company independently developed 10KV, 30 ~ 25000kVA.
In order to improve the reliability of products, the existing mature technology is adopted in the design, the core material adopts 30Q110 high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, 45 degree oblique three joint structure, core pillar adopts binding band, iron yoke is a through pulling plate structure, in order to reduce the loss.
The core coated with F rust-proof resin paint and the imported SIGNODE - special binding belt in order to enhance the core strength, lower the noise, clamps is made of steel. High voltage winding is segmented layered structure, composed of double glass fiber-covered wire winded, inner surface using glass fiber grid cloth as the framework, and the vacuum pressure of resin casting condition, the impact of voltage winding can bear 75KV. 35KV power frequency withstands voltage, partial discharge in 5PC. Low voltage winding for foil type structure, composed of copper foil winding, vacuum casting, the winding has good short circuit characteristics and overload capacity. High and low pressure both using class F insulation material.
