Semiconductor laser cladding launched by Wuhan Han's Goldensky Laser Systems co., LTD., is set for the integration of optical, mechanical and electrical integration system,It is made of high beam quality and reliable operation, original German imported 3000w semiconductor laser generator, a complete set of special water chillers, focusing laser systems, coaxial aiming system, optical path protection system, dust removal system, four axes three linkage laser heat treatment machine and Siemens 828D CNC system, etc.The equipment adopt all-in-one machine, high processing efficiency, convenient operation, compact appearance, rational layout.
Semiconductor laser cladding equipment adopts cantilever flight path movement forms, machine configuration X, Y, Z three linear feed shaft, a horizontal rotating spindle constitute four axis arbitrary three-axis linkage system of laser machining, can complete the shaft parts, flat parts such as laser processing, five gold, widely used in mining, steel, aerospace and industrial area, such as civilian products, can complete the laser surface hardening, laser surface alloying, two kinds of laser machining process, significantly improve the quality of related industries and equipment manufacturing.
