U-ideal Instrument produces various UQK-01, UQK-02, UQK-03, UQK-A Float Water Tank Level Switches
Can be mounted Vertically (Top Mounted Level Switch) or horizontally (Side Mounted Level Switch).
UQK Marine Water floater Level switches application:UQK type magnetic float ball liquid level switch is composed of micro active reed Switch and magnetic float ball (floater) and housing. Working with lever as principle, A pair of repellent polarity magnetic Steel respectively installed at the end of floating ball and micro switch. When the float ball rises or falls with the liquid to the level of the switch, the magnetic forces of magnetic switch inside of the float ball will cause the reed switch to turn ON or OFF when floater moves between high limit and low limit location and control pump. This type level controller can match with DCS, PLC to realize remote control and alarm. Model UQK-01, UQK-02, UQK-03-C floater level controller (level switches) is a kind of two position level control switches. They are service for level control which fluid no corrosive to bronze, aluminum. They are mainly used in marine board for oil, water, chemical level control.
