Q1: Are you a factory or sales company?
A: We are a factory.

Q2: When get the goods if we place an order?
A: It depends on your order quantity, 3 days for small order, 7-14 days for big order, special or urgent demands should be evaluated.

Q3: What is your accepted payment term?
A: We could accept L/C, T/T, West Union and even Paypal.

Q4: How about the transportation?
A: It depends on your demands. For small, urgent order, we could arrange the air transportation; it takes about 3-5 days on the way. For most orders, we always arrange the boat shipment through Ningbo/Shanghai port.
