Material Traits:
1. Excellent Insulation
SMC has high insulation resistance and AC dielectric intension, good dielectric ability under high AC, no reflection,
no block of microwave radiation.
2. Chemical corrosion resisting and environment aging
Resistance corrosion of low concentration acid, alkali, salt, resisting much kinds of oils and organic solvent,
sea water and so on, and resisting ultraviolet radiation and environment aging.
3. Out temperature resistance
Heat deflection temperature over 200ºC,and low temperature resistant. The material can keep excellent
mechanical features in a wide range of temperature (40ºC-160ºC).
4. Excellent anti-collision
Three dimensional net structure inside the material and the increasing function of the longer fiber, resulting in
excellent collision resistance and insensitive to the gap, and excellent machining ability (drilling and cutting).
5. Flame retards and smoke density
Flame retards: FV0. Smoke density class: 15.The gas toxicity class: ZA1.
6. Light weight and High-strength
