Technical data of T-950
T950 Programmable Controller is a product of TengCon Company's T900 series PLC. It combines an ARM industrial CPU with a maximum frequency of 72MHz. an extended 32M SDRAM and a 4M FLASH, an embedded operating system, a 2M user program memory and a 2M user data memory. Programming the T950 on KW Multiprog programming system and communicate via a Ethernet cable make user's programming very easy. Furthermore, T950 also provide 2 RS232, or RS485 interface. It provide the following input and output: 14 digital inputs, 12 digital outputs, 2 highspeed impulse counters, 4 highspeed impulse output and a 24VDC power supply, because of its flexibility, T950 can be applied in many small industrial control applications.
