*What's the MOQ and lead time?
For our existing mold items, normally we don't have strict MOQ, samples or trial order is available.
Our sample lead time 2-3days, our production lead time is 10-15days, which also based on the order quantity.
*Can I brand the items with our own logo/Brand?
Yes, we do provide OEM & ODM service.
*What's the payment terms you accept?
Our payment term: T/T(30% down payment, 70% balance before shipment),
for small batch orders, normally we accept Paypal payment, for bulk order we have HK HSBC account or Western Union account.
*How long do you offer for your product warranty?
Our product warranty is 12 months, except artificially damaged or improper operation;
*How can I get a sample to check quality?
Please just forward me the sample order summary (include the exact item number, preferred colors, sample quantity), then I will make the sample PI for your approval, after received your payment through Paypal, I will send out the sample to you
*How about the shipping?
For sample dispatch, we normally send through International Courier door to door(such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT etc.),for bulk order, we normally ship by air or by sea, based on clients requirement. we will offer the most reasonable way for our clients.
