MANUFACTURING TECHNIQUES - Reflectors are made of high quality aluminum sheets by stretch method which can get smooth and high accuracy surfaces;
- After degreasing, reflectors will be double painted with base paint and top paint to get better quality against rust;
- All steel parts will be processed by sand blasting to remove the rust first, spray zinc or hot-dipping zinc, and then they also will be double painted.
- All of the products are approved by factory tests regarding electrical performance.
