DC Electric Vehicles Fuse Slev-500

1.Application:

This series fuse is suitable for rated DC voltage to 700V, rated current to 1200A,as a comprehensive protection for vehicle battery,vehicle wiring system and inverter,and the rated breaking capacity is up to 30KA.They conform to national standard GB13539,IEC60269 and related standards of international electric vehicle industry.

2.Normal operating conditions

  The ambient air temperature is between -40ºC and 75ºC,the installation site altitude not exceed 3500m,relative humidity not exceed 90%.

3.Use category

"gR" means the full range breaking capacity of fast DC fuse.

4.Structural fratures

The variable cross-section fuse body made by pure copper piece is sealed in the fusion tube which is made by the high stren gth porcelain, there is full of the high-purity quartz sand processed after chemistry to take the extinguishing of arc medium in the tube. The
two sides of the fuse use the spot welding to reliably connect with the end plate and to form the cylindrical cap shapes structure.
