4.The ceramic body is compact, Density ≥ 3.65g/cm3, high mechanical shock resistance.
 

5.Linear Dimension Tolerance ≤ ±0.015mm,Aperture Tolerance ≤ ± 0.02mm,
 
Hole Deformation Size ≤ 0.01mm,Circumferential Deformation Size ≤ 0.1mm.
 

6.Insulation Resistance ≥ 100MΩ (have been checked by megohm in DC500V).
 
7.Dielectric Strength: AC2000V/50HZ/1min no breakdown phenomenon.
 
 
8.Linear expansion coefficient is slight,and less than 8.0 × 10-6mm /°C, and good for thermal shock performance.
 

9.Sintering temperature is 1700 °C, the use of a temperature not lower than 1300 °C, good corrosion resistance.
