Circuit horizonital tightness test:
if the cable were put on a cylinder whose diameter is five time as long as the cable`s and bent for 10 times ( bend to 180ºC) or if it were put in water tank with 30 atmosphere pressure for 2 hours, the emerged part of the cable would not leak.
Water absorbing test of rubber under hydraulic pressure:
if the rubber cover were put in water with room temperature under 30 atmosphere pressure for 24 hours, the weight increase would be no more than 1.6mg/cm2.
