Commodity Introduction
This is a type of flexible circuit for the application of Intercom System. It's a multilayer 4 layer
FPC at 0.25mm thick. The base laminate is using from ITEQ, It's fabricated per IPC 6012 Cla
-ss 2 using supplied Gerber data. Two types of stiffeners are applied on the back side and top
side.

1). What's your minimum track and spacing?
Actually this depends on the copper weight.
For half oz(18um) copper, it's 3mil / 3.5mil for prototypes, 4mil / 4mil for small production and larger
at 5mil / 5mil for mass production.
For 1oz (35um) copper, it's 3mil / 4mil for prototypes, 4mil / 4mil for small production and 5mil / 5mil
for mass production.
For 2oz (70um) copper, it's 6mil / 7mil for prototypes, 6mil / 8mil for small production and 7mil / 9mil
for mass production.
For 3oz (105um) copper, it's 8mil / 9mil for prototypes, 8mil / 10mil for small production and 9mil
/11mil for mass production.
For 4oz (140um) copper, it's 12mil / 11mil for prototypes, 12mil / 12mil for small production and
13mil / 13mil for mass production.
2). Do you offer Mass production?
Yes. We have the independent industrial plant. There're 15000 square meters workshop area. And
the brand new automatic equipment were introduced from Israel, Germany, Japan and Taiwan
area. As of now, the manufacturing capability for 2-12 layer PCBs is 300 thousand square feet per
month. 5000 types of different PCBs are shipped to worldwide each month
3). What information is required for a quote?
Please send us your gerber files, PCB fabrication notes and panel drawing data when you request
for quote. This will give you an accurate price in a short time.
4). What kind of file format do you accept? only gerber files? aceept eagle .brd files?
Gerber files are our first choice. We also accept .PCB files and .PCBDOC files. We currently do not
use .brd files.
5). Where do I send my gerber files?
Your files are emailed to the sales representative who wills reviews the files and provides a quote
based on your lead time and quantity requirements.
