Product Description

1. Main Application

PVC insulated cables are used in power distribution and transmission, building wire, appliance wiring, flexible cord
and machine tool wiring. Insulation and jackets made from PVC have a number of desirable properties that make them
the insulation and jacketing material of choice for many common applications. These properties include flexibility,
resistance to temperature, resistance to adverse environmental situations and low cost.

2. Standards

GB/12706-2008, ASTM, IEC60502, BS, DIN, AS/NZS and ICEA or as customer required.

3. Product Properties

(1) Max. continuous operating temperature of conductor is 70ºC.

(2) Short (the longest duration of no more than 5s) maximum operating temperature of cable conductor is:
cross-section ≤ 300 mm2, 160 ºC; cross section> 300 mm2, 140 ºC.

(3) The installation temperature should not over 0ºC,if the ambient temperature is lower than 0ºC,the cable
should be preheated ,the bending radius of cable should not less than10-20 times.
