Executive Standard
The above cable conforms to GB/T12706-2008,Which is equal to IEC60502-2004,The flame-retardant property conforms to GB/T 18380.3-2008,which is equal to IEC60332-2004.
1.Application properties
1)Rated voltage Uo/U:0.6/1 kV,1.8/3 Kv.
2)Cable Conductor long-term permission operatin temperature: PVC insulated is 75°C,the short-circuits (the longest time does not surpass 5S),The max temperature of conductor does not surpass 160°C.
3)The ambient temperature at cable laying should not be lower than 0°C: when is lower than 0°C,the cable should be preheated,the cable laying will not be limited by dropping variance level.
4)Bending radius of cable laying:
Single core cable >20 times of outer diam.of cable
Multi-core>15 times of outer diam.of cable
2.Product Usage
The products applies to the lines of 0.6/1kV rated voltage:The products is mainly used for electric transmission and transportation in high buildings,subways,power stations,entertainment place,industrial enterprises and sea pertrol platform etc,where a high intensity of cable laying and a strong flame-retardant ability are required.
3.Qulification
If 0.6/1kV cable converted into the resistance value at 20°C,the insulation resistance of finished cable should not be lower than 36.7 Monhm/km,finished cable should be able to bear a dielectric pressure test of the AC 50 hz,3.5KV test voltage,and it should keep unbroke down for a stable lasting test time of 5 mins.
There should be D.C Voltage-withstand test after installation ,suggested test voltage:4 Uo(Uo stands for conductor voltage to ground and is 0.6KV for this products) suggested time:15 mins,flame-retardant property conforms to the verical bunchy burning requirements of GB/T18380.3-2008 and IEC 60332-2004.
