Product Description

CCS wire use the cladding or plating craft to make copper around the Steel coil to creat atom bonds between the two metals.It can be process like a single metal,when pulling out,annealing,drawing the copper and steel proportion to the diameter changes,but copper layer remains the same.Due to the high frequency signal has a "hasten skin effect" characteristic,therefore copper coated Aluminum wire and copper clad steel wire in the high frequency signal transmission (more than 5 MHz),the conductivity is the same as pure copper wire.
