Apeks Electric Co., Ltd., an ISO9001 certificated enterprise, owns modern production lines and high quality controlling equipment with scientific administration, professional engineers, highly trained technicians and skilled workers. We can self-design, develop and manufacture standard product ranges. Furthermore, we work out "tailor-made" solutions to meet the specific needs for our customers. We use latest generation materials and exploit the most innovating technologies in order to manufacture new products of high performances and to benefit existing products.

We have an individual mould workshop which has capacity in mold development, design, manufacturing and plastic injection. It produces about 300 sets of various types of mold per year. Standard workshop covers 2000 square meters, and it is well equipped with advanced CAD/CAM facilities, including CNC machining centers, EDM machine, wire-cutting machine, precision milling machine and grinding machine, various lathes and welding equipment. It has 20 staffs now including 5 professional engineers. Most of them have many years working experience in Taiwan-funded mould company. The technician team uses PRO-E, Solidworks, and Auto-CAD for moulds and plastic parts design, with strong mould design and drawing reading ability. These ensure good technical communication with our customers. Skilled and qualified QC can ensure the quality of our products.
