can be desirable. Multilayer and high layer PCB uses this material much.
13). Do you sell BGA circuit board?
Yes. We offer micro fine pitch BGA circuit boards. The minimum pad diameter of BGA is 10mil
for prototypes, 12mil for mass production.
14). Do you sell blind via PCB?
Yes. Blind via is the hole starts from top layer or bottom layer and ends at one of inner layers.
Blind via usually are plugged by epoxy resin and it's not visible by our eyes.
15). Do you sell quick turn (fast PCB) prototypes?
Yes. We offer PCB prototypes and quick turn prototypes. The quickest time is 24 hours for double sided and 5 days for 4 layers PCB. The disadvantage of quick turn is high cost.
