Halogen Quartz Infrared Heating Lamp
IntroductionShort wave quartz heating lamp used with the circle of tungsten wire to radiation, closed in quartz glass tube. Its color temperature is 2400-2500K, and its wave length range is 0.8-1.8 micron, reaching the peak at 1.2 micron. Turning on or turning off quickly, and temperature rises fast(from zero to peak just needs 1-2 second). The heating lamp has two installation methods: Horizonal installation and vertical installation.
Type1. Quartz short wave single tube heating lamp: Using transparent quartz single tube as a sleeve, saving space and convenient installation. Working life reaches 5000hours. General outer diameter of this kind is Φ 8, Φ 10, Φ 12, etc. We can make half golden plated or coated white processing for the quartz lamp to improve efficiency. Quartz short wave single tube heating lamp can be made with transparent, frosted or red quartz tube. It is also can be made into various shapes.
2. Quartz short wave twin tubes heating lamp: Using quartz twin tubes as outer suppoter of heating lamp. Because the special twin tubes design, this kind of lamp has strong radition power and high mechanical strength. Its working life reaches 5000 hours.
