Itoperates in stable waveforms without externalcompensation.The low start-up input voltage below 1V makes RT9266Bsuitable for 1 to 4 battery cells applications with a 500mAinternal switch. The 550kHz high switching rate minimizedthe size of external components. Besides, the 25μA lowquiescent current together with high efficiency maintainslong battery lifetime.
