1) Input and over voltage protection
Connect the 24V battery to the "IN"terminals of the converter. It will work normally under the voltage of 18to36V. The max input current no more than 20A. When input voltage ≥ 40V ± 2V, the converter protects and stops outputting, and it will recover automatically when input voltage recovers to normal value.
2) Output and over voltage, over current protection
After connecting the input cable, press the switch to "0N", and the indicatior light will be on, the output will stable at 13.8V, the current will changes with loads, when the current excels the max value or short circuit, output protection happens, and the output voltage falls to 0V, the current will limits in the range of 22V. If short circuit phenomenon excluded or the current recovers to normal, the converter will recovers automatically. If output voltage >16± 1V, the converter protects and stops outputting, it needs to setup after a moment of shutting the switch and can be recover.
