Product Description
Scope of Application
HR5 Series fuse-type isolating switch, its rated insulation voltage AC 690V, rated frequency 50Hz. When rated working voltage 380V, rated working current up to 630A. When rated working voltage 660V (690V).
It is mainly used for power switch, isolating switch, emergency switch and as AC circuit protection. But not directly used for operating the motor. The product meets GB14048.3; IEC 60947 standards.

Normal Working Conditions and Mounting Conditions:
1. Ambient temperature: Upper limit temperature around +40° C and lower limit is +35° C
2. Average temperature is not higher than +35° C within 24h. Altitude: Not more than 2, 000m,
3. Atmospheric conditions: Relative humidity is not exceeding 50%, when the temperature is +40° C Lower temperature allows higher relative humidity. Monthly average maximum relative humidity is not exceeding 90% and average minimum temperature is not exceeding +25° C in the wettest mouth. And considering condensation on product surface, when temperature changes.

Structure Characteristics:
Switch is mainly made up of steel base and plastic cap. Three pairs of clip-type contacts and arc extinguish chamber are mounted in steel base by insulation base. And fuse-link is placed in cap directly used for moving contact blade. The cap fanned opens rotating along holders, making fuse-link pull out completely from the socket. And the cap can conveniently withdraw from the base in order to switch mounting and fuse-link safety assembling. Switch cap with transparent windows, we can clearly see the internal fuse specification from outside. And the cap with high-lighted light-emitting component can be as fusing signals. When fuse is fusing, the light will send signal to let operators know without opening cap.
Switch arc extinguish chamber is pressed by arc resistance plastic with simple structure and dismantled and assembled easily. Each arc chamber has inner and outer chamber all equipped with metal arc-angle. Not only enhance arcing ability, but also it has eliminated the harm of arc, improving contact life.
Switch with spring storage quickly closing mechanism can safety operating in extremely complex conditions.
Side of switch mounted with trip switches LX19B can send signals and cut-off motor loop through transmission shaft, avoiding phase failure accident, when fuse is fusing, impact or pop-up.
