Overview
HVD2 Type Solid-sealed Medium Voltage Vacuum Circuit Breaker is the latest developed 12KV Vacuum Circuit Breaker by us, reaching the advanced level in China. Its main feature is main circuit using insulation type solid-sealed polar pole. It uses a special embedded technology, which has vacuum interrupter with low resistance value and conductive parts are casting in epoxy resin to achieve solid insulation of main circuit. In a certain extent, it replaces SF6 gas as external insulation and will be more environmental, representing the highest level of design and manufacturing of medium voltage vacuum circuit breaker in the world today...
Scope of Application
HVD2 Type Solid-sealed medium voltage vacuum circuit breaker is widely used in power plants, power grids, metallurgy, and petrol chemical industry, urban infrastructure, such as airports, buildings, and subway.
The breaker is applicable for control and protection of cables, aerial conductor, transformers, motors, generators and capacitor banks in the distribution system.

? Closing unit, with simple structure and reliable operating principle, fundamentally puts an end after the closing cannot maintain, anti-interrupting failure, and reduces the tripping power of opening.
? Closing and opening electromagnet use closed mechanism design to protect the coil from damp.
? High-performance opening buffer can reduce overshoot or rebound amplitude of moving contact, the probability of arc to reignite, and extends mechanical life of vacuum arc extinguish chamber bellows.
