Series of Indoor High Voltage Vacuum Circuit Breaker With Embedded PolesGeneral DescriptionVIB-40.5/T type indoor high voltage indoor vacuum circuit-breaker is used for switchgear KYN6140.5(Z).It's the most new type of power supply and distribution equipment.This product is in accordance with GB1984-2003 standard. Structural characteristicsThis kind of VCB with adopt integrated design,It's different from open-type and insulsted cylinder type vacuum circuit breaker:The vacuum interrupter and conductive circuit connectors is encapsulated in the embedded pole through a special process with epoxy resin.Assembled the circuit breaker with modularized mechanism.This kind of VCB with excellent electrical&mechanical properties,it represents the advanced level of the vacuum circuit breaker in the modern world. Technical Characteristics The design of this kind of VCB take into account the Chinese market and special areas requirements,it makes the vacuum interrupter and conductive circuits into a pole by the advantage of the solid insulation and advanced technology of APG.This is not only simplifies the pole assembly process,to prevent the connecting bolt loosening,because of during operation,but also improve reliability and be from the effect of external mechanical force and environment(such as:dust,humidity,nasty,high sea level,animal),and avoid that VI's operation lower caused by vacuum interrupter operating in adverse environment, which can lead potentional accident of VI's surface flashover as VCB opening,So the pole is free maintenance within the service life of the extrnal insulation.It's more environment,and represents the advanced level of the vacuum circuit breaker in the modern world.
