JJ1 Model Self-coupling Reduced Pressure Starting Control Cabinet is applied in electricity distribution system of power station, petroleum, chemical industry, textile industry, high altitude building and other industries. It is used as low voltage full set distribution equipment of power generating and supply system distribution, motor centrol control, reactive power compensation within three-phase alternative current frequency 50(60)HZ, rated work voltage 380V(400V),(600V) , rated current 6300 and below. It is designed by standard modulization and each funcational unit is relative dependent. The outing line unit can load maximum 22 lines, which is adopted guide screw forwarding, stably and reliably, and can make sure that same units are interchangeable, which improve power supply reliability.

The series product starting parameters:
(1) The starting cabinet is allowed two times starting from cold status continuously and every starting time is 15s, the interval time of which is 30s.
(2) The starting cabinet is allowed one or several times starting continuously and the total starting time is not more than table 1 regulation. Before it restart, it make auto-transformer to cool to ambient temperature.
(3) The product's conversion method from starting to operating adopt current converting. When starting current fell to 1.5 times rated working current, which is equvialent to 80% rated speed, the starting will be transformed to operation. The device of current-time achieve transformation by strong conversion. Time setting value of the device is not more than the value regulated by table 1.
(4) The protection of auto-transformer starting is realized by strong conversion of current-time conversion device, time setting value of which is not more than the value regulated by table 1.
