2. Performance and application description:
(1).The switchgear is composed of small compact volume function units. Each function unit consist of below parts:
Stainless metal-clad sealed shell, which can be installed with load switch, earthing switch, fusible breaker or circuit breaker and so on.
Equipped with cable compartment, connecting power network or transformer through interface.
Low voltage chamber.
Operating mechanism compartment.
Fusible breaker compartment, being combined with load switch.
(2). The switchgear comform to IEC international standard relative requirement of sealed pressure. Load switch and earthing switch may be operated reliably, ensuring personal safely.
(3). The switch chamber is filled with SF6 gas(Pressure: 0.2 bar), which can guarantee a service life 50 years after inflatable sealed chamber. There is free maintainance for switch contact section.
(4). Load switch adopt SF6 installationi type, which is extinction technology.
(5). Circuit breaker adopt the technology of rotary core extinction and gas self-spreading, which is reliable to cut off short-circuit current.
(6). The switchgear can provide selectable one to four functions(Load Switch, Load switch+fusible breaker combination, 200A breaker, 630A breaker), forming a circulating network switchgear, which also can be used as a feeder switch of transformer.
(7). The switchgear is a new product, which can be expanded to the right.
