Commodity Introduction
This is a type of flexible printed circuit for the application of Electronic Counter. It's a 4 Layer FPC
at 0.25mm. The base laminate is from ITEQ, It's fabricated per IPC 6012 Class 2 using supplied Gerber data. Polyimide stiffner is applied on the inserting part.

choose the most economic method to send you your boards to help to save the freight cost.
2). How do you pack the PCBs?
PCBs are packed with Polyethylene air cushion film (vacuum plastic bags) per 20-25 pieces.
Pearl cotton (Polyethylene foamed sheet) are put inside carton box.
The hardness of carton box is KK grade (the highest hardness). Maximum gross weight for
one carton is less than 12 kgs.
3). How to Pay?
We accept bank wire transfer, PayPal. It's sorry, we currently do not accept credit card.
4). How to order PCBs?
1st step, sending your gerber files for quotation.
2st step, placing your order form to our market department and make the payment.
3rd step, Our CADCAM department is dealing with your gerber files, sending you EQ (if it has)
for final confirmation.
4th step, PCB is manufactured.
5th step, Shipment and send you tracking number.
5). How do you control the quality?
We believe engineering design prevents problems from occurring in preproduction. Our PCB
and Manufacturing process are certified by authorized organizations. 100% tests are inclusive
of electrical test and AOI inspection, high voltage test, impedance control test, micro-section,
solder-ability test, thermal stress test, reliability test, insulation resistance test and ionic
contamination test etc.
6). Do you sell cheap FR-1, CEM-1 PCB?
Yes, we just offer single sided PCB made of FR-1 and CEM-1. We also use punching tool for the
contour for the mass production.
7). Do you sell flexible PCB (FPC)?
Yes, we offer flexible printed circuits (FPC) with single sided and double sided. Immersion gold
and OSP are usually used for this flexible board.
8). Where do you sell your PCBs?
We sell our PCB's world widely.
