1.DescriptionsThe NMEA 2000 Drop Cable used to connecting a NMEA 2000 device to the NMEA 2000 backbone. Drop cables are generally limited to 6 meter (20ft) maximum length and mostly molded or assembled with Micro Connectors M12 Male/Female 5Pin connectors with PVC/PUR jacket cable with (22AWG*1Pair twisted with AL foil wrapped + 24AWG*1Pair twisted with AL wrapped ) + Drain wire + AL + Shielding braid. The cable length we can do it base on customer's request.

(3) The female contacts socket CABLEFORCE use phosphor bronze material, also machined solid pin.
(4) Our standard thickness of contacts plating layer is 3μ" gold, we guaranteed 48hrs salt spray test.
(5) Temperature Range: Dynamic -25 ~ 80°C, Static: -40~80°C.
(6) Ingress Protection: IP67 degree and IP68 solution based on customer's specific requirement.
(7) ≥3000 times bending endurance: Bending angle ±90°, loading weight 250g, frequency 40 times per minute, axle radius 12.7mm.
