Overload limiter is widely used in 0-99T building hoists, gantry crane, electric hoist, hoist and plug sensor detecting hoisting machineries. When the loading of hoists reach up to cooresponding limited weight, limiter will alarm by sound and light. Controller input two groups relay that input contact signals and can realize static overload alarm and dynamic limit alarm. When weight comes up to limited weight, limiter inputs relay contact signals, cut off circuit and make hoists can't start and process.

B. Special design for Cage:
1. Bottom and roof of Cage adopt trapezoidal frame
2. Bottom and the roof are full symmetry
3. The plane of symmetry are connected by Bending plate, Bending channel and square pipe which make it firm, straight and balance in use.
4. The wall around cage can be fixed by Punched Aluminium plate, Punched zinc plate, steel wire mesh.
5. Surface Treatment: Blasting, Baking finished, Galvanized
