Brief description Aerial Bundle Cable (ABC Cable)
1. Aerial bundle cable consists of copper or aluminum conductor, inner shielding layer, weather-proof insulation material and outer shielding layer.
2. It has not only power-transmitting character of power cable, but strong mechanical character of aerial cable as well.
3. In comparison with bare wire, it boasts many advantages such as small span in laying the cable, high reliability and good aging-resistant character,

Applications of twisted abc cable
Primarily used for 120 volt overhead service applications such as street lighting, outdoor lighting, and temporary service for construction. To be used at voltages of 600 volts phase-to-phase or less and at conductor temperatures not to exceed 75°C for polyethylene insulated conductors or 90°C for cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated conductors.

· B-901 Compressed Round Stranded Aluminum Conductors Using Single Input Wire
Construction of twisted abc cable
Conductors are concentrically stranded, compressed 1350H-19 aluminum. Insulated with either polyethylene or cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE). Neutral messengers are concentrically stranded 6201, AAC, or ACSR.
