QTK-S Series digital pressure switches have functions of combining pressure measurement, output and control into one product. This product is full-electronic structure, the front part utilize oil-filled piezoresistive pressure sensor with membrane. Output signal is processed by amplifier of high-precision and low temperature drift, and put into high-precision A/D converter. The output signal will be converted into digital signal that the microprocessor can process, and then the processed signal control two-way switch to measure and control the pressure. With the characteristics of easy to use / adjust and safety, this product is applied widely in Electric power, water supply, Petroleum, Chemical industry, and Machine, Hydraulic and so on to measure and control liquid pressure.

Installation:

Mechanical connection:

QTK-S series pressure switch can be directly installed on hydraulic tube by using pressure pipe joint (DIN3582 male thread G1/4) (other dimension joint can be customized).For special application (such as strenuous vibration or shock), the pressure pipe joint can proceed by micro hosepipe.

Please pay attention to the followings to avoid the influence of electromagnetic interference:

The wire connect must be short

Use shielded wire

Theshell must be independent grounding if using micro hosepipe to install

Setting:

B1: Set output 1

B2: Set output 2

L1: output 1 status indicator

(set assist)

L2: output 2 status indicator

(set assist)

Take set output 1 for example:

Set switch output	Load proper pressure and press B1 for 3 seconds, when L1 flashes at 2Hz frequency, press B1 again and release quickly, then the pressure value will be recorded as on/off value.
Set normally on/off	Press B1 for 10s,when L1 flashes at 8Hz frequency, release B1,then the output property will be changed.(normally on will be changed to be normally off, normally off will be changed to be normally on.)

Software setting:

The QTK-S pressure switch has the function of digital communication. It can be connected to computer through special communication interface, using software to modify the parameter, so that the setting and controlling function will be more precise.
