Product Description
Product overview UCS2/UC2 pressure sensor is a dry ceramic capacitive pressure sensor made of ceramic material using special process. Ceramics is a recognized highly elastic material resistant to corrosion, abrasion, shock and vibration. Its thermal stability can make its operating temperature reach up to -40 ~ 125 ºC, and it is provided with high measurement accuracy and high stability. Its biggest feature is: the measuring range can be as small as 500Pa and anti-overload capacity can reach up to 200 times the range, having completely solved the disadvantages of other types of sensors without a small range and with poor anti-overload capacity and poor medium compatibility in a small range. Besides the range of general sensors, the most distinctive features of this pressure sensor is its positive and negative gauge pressure function, e.g.: ± 2.5kPa, ± 10kPa and so on. UCS2/UC2 ceramic sensor will not produce process pollution because it does not have any filling liquid or liquid transfer. Therefore, it is extensively used in food, medicine and other industries. Additionally, as it is dry ceramic diaphragm, it will not be affected by the installation direction. The pressure transducer with it as the sensitive element is widely used in various places for pressure measurement.
