2. Product Description:
XLW-21 Model Low Voltage Power Distribution Box is outdoor electricity equipment. There is waterproof cover in the roof and also there is interspace between head cover and box body, which contribute to scatter heat and moisture.
Case body has inside door and outside door. Waterproof adhesive tape and water proofing part are installed around outside door. We can install intrument meter, lamp, button, switchers and other parts in the inside door. Case body has floor type and suspension type two kinds and there is into and outlet holes in the bottom of case body.

(1) The width of cabinet has 600mm, 700mm, 800mm, 1000mm four kinds, the thickness of cabinet 400mm one kind type, and the height of cabinet has 1600mm, 1700mm, 1800mm three kins all according to system capacity and switch size.
(2) The product is made up of sealed cabine and bus line adopt TMY hard copper platoon, horizontal bus line set in the top of cabinet.
(3) Protective circuit of switchgear is made of PE bus platoon and metal components, N platoon set in bottom and front of cabinet.
(4) The main framework or cabinet adopt angle iron steel and cold rolled steel welded.
(5) It adopt spraying plastics as surface coating protection layer.

XLW-21 Model Low Voltage Power Distribution Box is mainly installed in the outdoor. It is used in low voltage electricity distribution system of alternative current frequency 50Hz, rated voltage 380V or 660V,and three phase three wire, three phase four wire, three phase five wire of rated current up to 630A. It can be used as power and illumination distribution. Also it can be used as part control in low voltage control system at the same time.

(1) Altitude is not more than 2000m;
(2) Ambient temperature is -5ºC-+40ºC; The average temperature is not more than 35ºC in twenty four hours.
(3) Relative humidity is not more than 50% under 40ºC and 90% relative humidity is allowed under 20ºC, but the situation of accidental consensation since temperature changing should be taken into consideration.
(4) No electric dust and chemical corrosive odor,no fire disaster, explosion dangerous, no violent vibration.
