PMM system is specially designed according to belt conveyor running condition and mainly for the belt conveyor driving system at non explosion-proof areas like the port, power plant and mines etc. It can replace directly the traditional asynchronous motor, reducer and hydraulic couples which directly drive the equipment with high transmission efficiency, good energy saving and reliable and safe running.
The system adopts natural cooling way with compact volume, small noise, permanent drive way, easy to install, less malfunction and easy operation and control. The system has the voltage degrees of 380V, 660V, 1140V, 3300V, 6KV and 10KV etc. Rotation speed range can be designed and produced as per the customer requirement with range of 0-60, 75 and 90r/min.
Good Raw Material
High magnetic energy, high coercive force Nd-Feb RE permanent material, H stage high strength polyester imide enameled wire and high permeability cold rolled silicon steel sheet are used with latest production processing technique, compact size and low calorific value. The rotor adopts patent IPM structure which has character of weak magnetic, wide speed range and strong resistance to demagnetization.
High sensitivity positive temperature coefficient thermistor is used to monitor motor temperature for safe use.
Special permanent non-inductive invert is used for driving with small start-up current, no impact on the load, easy operation, reliable performance and stable running.
Comparison
Traditional usage of belt conveyor driving equipment:
Traditional belt conveyor structure: asynchronous motor + reducer, hydraulic coupler drive the roller.
It is to control all motors' running through the central control room.
There are following disadvantages for the asynchronous motor transmission way:
Low power factor, big energy consumption;
Electric power frequency is used to drive directly with big start-up current;
Power supply transformer is big with unstable running when start up which impact the belt;
No special control equipment to monitor running data at any time;
Defects as below: big reducer mechanical loss, low transmission rate, low running efficiency, big energy consumption which do not accord with environmental requirement;
Big reducer volume, complicated structure, difficult to install, high failure rate and more maintenance;
Often change lubricant;
More cost of installation and maintenance with low cost performance.
