Common Problems and solutions:
1. insufficient power supply capacity Zhao-----electronic ruler shows fluctuations to provide a stable power supply capacity
2. FM interference and electrostatic disturbance----electronic device displays the number fluctuation signal lines and electric lines to separate on-line slot
3. display data regularly beat, or fail to display data----check that the line is broken or shorted
4. caused by poor installation will display digital watches----install need for neutral linear displacement sensor is very good, but parallelism can allow +-0.5MM errors, point can allow +-12 of error
5. sensor wiring error----correctly connect the power cord and output lines.
Technical knowledge
Electrical factors that affect the accuracy:
1. two-wire current output A2, maximum load, linear precision lower than minimum load 0.02%FS
2. three-wire current output type A3, maximum load, linear precision lower than minimum load 0.04%FS
3. voltage-output V1,V2 for empty, you need to load, load resistance cannot be less than 500kΩand precision than when you unloaded decreased 0.25%FS
4. resistance output type R-load type, you need to load, load resistance cannot be less than 500kΩ and accuracy than when you unloaded decreased 0.25%FS.
