Enneng low-speed permanent magnet motor is based on mature technology of asynchronous motor and synchronous motor design technology, with the biggest difference is that they use the more advanced rotor structure, with high efficiency permanent magnet material to replace the squirrel cage rotor, organic combination of the traditional squirrel-cage induction motor and synchronous motor's main advantages. Thanks to the development of motor drive technology and the use of efficient permanent magnet materials, the transmission between the motor and the load becomes possible to completely disappear.
The excitation of permanent magnet motors is providing by permanent magnetic material inside the rotor installed in the motor, Absorbing the excitation current from the grid is very little. So comparison between this kind of permanent magnet motor and the same speed asynchronous motor, the power factor is high, and the necessary of the frequency conversion control system and power supply capacity become less. Comparison with the same speed synchronous motor, reduce the slip
ring of the rotor excitation and the regulator, but also no excitation loss.
