Introduction:HB-4303 infrared temperature detector is a non-contact temperature measurement and monitoring instrument. The measurement system of the instrument consisted with infrared temperature measuring probe, integrated special signal amplifying and processing circuit, temperature compensation circuit, infrared window, optical lens system, power supply and all stainless steel housing. It applied in the high voltage switch tank field, mainly used for real-time monitoring about the changes of high-voltage isolating switch static and dynamic contact surface temperature, for the timely investigation and switch arc discharge phenomenon, to ensure the safe and stable operation of high voltage switch.Working PrincipleThe optical system focuses on the target infrared radiation energy within the optical view. Different probe has different view angle and distance coefficient. Infrared energy will focused on the infrared detector and converted into a corresponding electrical signal. The signal passes through the amplifier and the signal processing circuit in accordance with the algorithm calculation of the instrument and the target emissivity correction, and is converted into the temperature value of the measured target, then outputting as current, voltage and digital signals. In addition, the target and the environment of the temperature probe, such as temperature, atmosphere, pollution, interference and other factors will affect the results of temperature measurement which will compensated during the signal processing.Specification| Dimension | ф174X172mm |

InstallationThe infrared temperature detector adopts the full sealing structure design, the detector and the high voltage switch tank can be completely sealed and isolated by the mounting flange and the infrared window. Between infrared temperature probe and the rear terminal box which uses the valve seat welding structure design to isolated with external environment, the sealed isolation valve seat and the infrared window together constitute the double seal protection system, effectively prevent the leakage of SF6. The infrared temperature detector is connected with the high voltage switch tank through a mounting flange and is sealed by a sealing rubber ring. The overall structure and the mounting flange structure of the infrared temperature detector are shown in Figure 1 and figure 2.
Electrical Connection Open the wires cover of the infrared temperature detector, there are four wire connectors on the circuit board which defines as figure3. V+ is 24V power+, V- is 24V power ground, A is RS-485-A, B is RS-485-B (if output of detector is current signal or voltage signal, A is output+, B is output-)
