prototypes, 12mil for mass production.

Actually this depends on the copper weight.
For half oz(18 um) copper, it's 3 mil / 3.5 mil for prototypes, 4 mil / 4 mil for small production and
larger at 5 mil/5 mil for mass production.
For 1 oz (35 um) copper, it's 3 mil / 4 mil for prototypes, 4 mil / 4 mil for small production and 5 mil
/5 mil for mass production.
For 2 oz (70 um) copper, it's 6 mil / 7 mil for prototypes, 6 mil / 8 mil for small production and 7 mil
